Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 1+ years of banking, cashiering, or customer service experience.
• Solid balancing and customer service skills are required.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients’ needs.

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately per policies and procedures.
• Assist clients with needs such as opening accounts, transfers, or payments.
• Resolve client issues or refer to appropriate resources.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities based on client needs.
