Qualifications
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ months cashiering, customer service, balancing, or other related experience.
- Working knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, and banking products.
- Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.
Responsibilities
- Process debit and credit transactions accurately per policies while balancing records.
- Assist clients with account openings, card activation, transfers, and other banking needs.
- Resolve client issues directly or via referral to branch resources.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and assist with branch objectives.
