Job summary

You will process debit and credit transactions, assist with opening accounts, issue cards, handle transfers, and identify cross-sell opportunities while maintaining accuracy and balancing records.

The role requires a HS diploma and 0–1+ years in banking or related fields.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 0-1+ years banking, cashiering, customer service, balancing, or other related experience.
• Advance knowledge of cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products, and/or banking.
• Working knowledge of math.
• Must have solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions in compliance with policies; maintain balancing record.
• Assist clients with opening new accounts, ATM cards, transfers, checks, and loan payments.
• Resolve client problems directly or by referral to branch resources.
• Identify and maximize cross-selling opportunities.
