California Bank & Trust in Chino, CA is seeking a Client Service Associate (Teller) to be the face of the branch, delivering friendly, personal service while guiding clients through everyday banking needs.

This full-time role includes processing transactions, account maintenance, and cross-selling bank products, with a base hourly range of $20–$28 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm, with opportunities for growth and community involvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years banking, cashiering, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong math skills and accuracy in balancing.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on client needs.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately per policies.
• Open new accounts and perform account maintenance.
• Resolve client problems or refer to branch resources.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities with clients.
• Occasionally reassign to other branches within 30 miles with notice.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
