Job summary

5 Star HVAC in Charleston, SC is seeking a Part-Time Client Care Representative to be the friendly voice and reliable support system for customers and technicians. The role focuses on coordinating service calls, ensuring technicians have the right tools and parts, and maintaining clear, timely updates.

The position offers a part-time schedule (Mon-Fri, 3:00 PM–7:00 PM) with benefits including 7 paid holidays per year and a 401(k) plan after one year.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
• Experience with dispatching, scheduling, or customer service preferred.
• Basic bookkeeping experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with multi-line phone systems.
• HVAC industry knowledge or Service Titan a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate service calls for technicians.
• Ensure technicians have tools, parts, and equipment for each job.
• Keep customers informed with timely updates and clear communication.
• Maintain accurate records and customer information.
• Work closely with technicians, dispatch, and management.
• Handle incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
