Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Above-average verbal and telephone communication skills are essential.
• Must have good computer software skills.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming client calls and manages first impressions.
• Maintains courteous, professional communication on calls.
• Ensures calls are answered before the third ring using approved scripts.
• Notifies clients in advance if the technician will miss the scheduled window.
• Makes outbound calls to club membership clients to confirm satisfaction after repairs.
