Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and Service Titan.

Responsibilities

• Ensure technicians have tools, parts, and equipment for each job.
• Keep customers informed with timely updates and clear communication.
• Maintain accurate records and customer information.
• Work closely with technicians, dispatch, and management to keep operations running smoothly.
• Handle incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
