Client Care Representative

Pay: $17.25 - $25.00 per hour,

5 Star HVAC - Charleston, SC

5 Star HVAC is a locally owned and operated heating and cooling company proudly serving the Charleston area. We're currently looking for a Client Care Representative to be the friendly voice and reliable support system for our customers and technicians.

What We Offer:

• Pay: $17.25 - $22.25 per hour, depending on experience
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (1-hour lunch) with occasional overtime during peak seasons

What You'll Do:

As our Client Care Representative, you'll serve as the main point of contact for customers. You will:

• Schedule and coordinate service calls for our technicians
• Ensure technicians have the right tools, parts, and equipment for each job
• Keep customers informed with timely updates and clear communication
• Maintain accurate records and customer information
• Work closely with technicians, dispatch, and management to keep everything running smoothly
• Handle incoming calls professionally and efficiently

What We're Looking For:

• Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multi-task and stay goal-oriented in a busy environment
• Prior dispatching, scheduling, or customer service experience (preferred)
• Basic bookkeeping experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with multi-line phone systems
• Knowledge of the HVAC industry and/or Service Titan software is a big plus
