Client Care Representative (Part-Time) 5 Star HVAC - Charleston, SC

5 Star HVAC is a locally owned and operated heating and cooling company proudly serving the Charleston area. We're committed to delivering exceptional service with honesty and integrity, and we treat our team like family. We're currently looking for a Part‑Time Client Care Representative to be the friendly voice and reliable support system for our customers and technicians.

What We Offer:

• Pay: $17.25 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM (required core hours) Additional/flexible hours may be available based on business needs and mutual agreement.

What You’ll Do:

• Prior dispatching, scheduling, or customer service experience (preferred)
• Basic bookkeeping experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with multi‑line phone systems
• Knowledge of the HVAC industry and/or Service Titan software is a big plus
