Job summary

Intercept Health seeks a Child Behavior Specialist for a part-time, center-based position in Virginia. You will implement individualized plans to reduce unsafe behaviors and improve communication and social skills, under BCBA supervision.

Requires at least a high school diploma and experience with children; a current RBT credential or completion of the 40-hour training plus exam within 6 months is required. Afternoon availability through 6 P.M. is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; RBT credential in good standing or eligible for 6‑month certification.
• Experience with children; ABA exposure is a plus.
• Afternoon availability through 6 P.M. required.

Responsibilities

• Support and implement individualized plans focusing on reducing unsafe behaviors and increasing communication and social skills.
• Observe client skills and collect data for program goals with supervision from a BCBA.
• Work with children, adolescents, and young adults in center-based settings.
