Job summary

Intercept Health is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician on a part-time basis in Virginia. The role focuses on implementing individualized ABA plans for clients, reducing unsafe behaviors and enhancing communication and social skills under BCBA supervision.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, a current RBT credential, and experience with children, with afternoon availability through 6 P.M. Compensation starts at $21/hour and can rise to $26/hour with experience and education.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma and prior experience working with children.
• Must possess a current registered behavior technician credential in good standing.
• Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science preferred; ABA experience is a plus.
• Must have afternoon availability until 6 P.M.

Responsibilities

• Support and implement an individualized plan based on the client's targets and goals, focusing on decreasing unsafe behaviors while increasing communication and social skills, with supervision from a BCBA.
• Observe client skills and collect data to assess progress and inform program goals.
• Work with children, adolescents, and young adults with autism or developmental disabilities in a center-based program.
