Job summary

Intercept Health in Chester, VA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to support and implement individualized plans for children and young adults with autism and developmental disabilities. The role focuses on reducing unsafe behaviors while increasing communication and social skills under supervision from a BCBA.

Requires a current RBT credential, at least a high school diploma, and afternoon availability until 6 P.M.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a high school diploma and experience with children.
• Current RBT credential in good standing is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral science preferred; ABA experience is a plus.
• Must have afternoon availability until 6 P.M.

Responsibilities

• Support and implement individualized plans based on client targets and goals.
• Observe client skills and collect data for assessment and program development.
• Work with children, adolescents, and young adults with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Promote language, behavioral, social, and daily living skills.

Education

RBT credential
