Job summary

Intercept Health is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician III for a part-time, center-based role in Virginia. You will deliver direct behavioral therapy to children and adolescents with autism or developmental disabilities, improving communication, social, and daily living skills under supervision.

The position requires a high school diploma, experience with children, and a credentialed RBT or the plan to complete it within 2 months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; experience with children.
• Bachelor's degree in a behavioral science preferred.
• ABA experience with autism/developmental or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Must have or obtain an RBT credential within 2 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults.
• Promote language, social, and daily living skills in center-based sessions.
• Develop and support programs for 4–8 clients under BCBA supervision.
