Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred in Behavioral science.
• Must hold or be eligible for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential; eligible for IH training compensation during 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Support and implement individualized plans targeting client goals.
• Observe client skills and collect data to assess progress and adjust programs.
• Work with children, adolescents, and young adults with autism or developmental disabilities in a center-based program.
