Job summary

Enterprise Mobility at Boise Airport is hiring a Return Agent to provide friendly, efficient service during the rental return process. You will greet customers, ensure belongings are checked, review charges, and direct customers to the airport terminal as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Valid driver's license with minimal violations in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions in the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on arrival and use prescribed dialogue.
• Assist with the rental return process and explain charges.
• Ensure belongings are checked and document items found.
• Provide information regarding transportation to the airport terminal.
• Maintain a friendly, clean, and organized lot for smooth traffic flow.
• Complete service alerts for any vehicle damage reported by customers.
