• Greet customers using prescribed dialogue as they arrive on the lot.
• Review rental charges and provide an accurate receipt.
• Explain transportation options to the airport terminal.
• Assist with damage/loss reporting and reference the proper rental documents.
• Maintain lot organization for easy access and smooth traffic flow.
