Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a part-time Return Agent at Lafayette Regional Airport. You will greet customers, process returns, and assist with the rental experience to ensure quick, friendly service.

Position requires 18+ years, US work authorization, a valid license, and at least 1 year of customer service or retail experience. Work Fri–Sun 8:00am–5:00pm with Mon–Thu off; pay starts at $15/hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship needed now or in the future.
• Valid driver's license with minimal moving violations; clean driving record for past 3 years.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service, retail, or administrative support experience.
• Must be able to work the shift: 8:00am–5:00pm Fri–Sun; off Mon–Thu.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive on the lot using prescribed dialogue.
• Remind customers to check for personal belongings.
• Identify items found in vehicles and log with unit number, date, and time; submit to lost and found.
• Explain rental charges and provide accurate receipts.
• Provide information about transportation to the airport terminal.
• Thank customers and gauge satisfaction; document any dissatisfaction.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and direct customers to complete damage/loss report.
• Ensure vehicles are returned with a full tank of gas where applicable.
• Prepare service alerts for any mechanical or body damage reported by customers.
• Keep lot organized to ensure smooth traffic flow and accessibility.
• Maintain punctuality and attendance; seek self-improvement and training.
