Job summary

Arizona Western College is seeking a PT - Student Engagement and Events Assistant to support the Matador Activity Center and campus student engagement activities. You will provide front-line customer service at the MAC front desk, manage check-in/check-out for equipment, assist with event setup, and help maintain participation records.

This part-time role offers up to 19 hours per week with a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency
• 2-3 years’ customer service experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
• Equivalent combination of education/experience may be considered

Responsibilities

• Front desk customer service at MAC; manages check-in/out for items
• Assists with event setup, delivery, attendee greeting, and space scheduling
• Supports safety, reporting incidents, and emergency procedures
• Gathers participation data and assists with basic marketing tasks
