Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and coffee stations.
• Prepare, restock, and maintain coffee service.
• Assemble and distribute snack baskets.
• Support meals service and cleanup for breakfast and lunch.
• Manage beverages and restock throughout the day.
• Organize place cards for attendees.
• Assist with awards dinner setup and coordination.
• Distribute reader cards before commencements.
• Assist with organizing and lining up students for activities.
• Distribute white coats prior to events and on-site.
• Other duties as assigned.
