Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 years of professional office experience (administrative or customer support).

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist students, faculty, and guests; provide general university information.
• Provide technical support and customer service for students and faculty.
• Ensure campus spaces and equipment are prepared and maintained; assist with housekeeping and safety procedures.
