Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- seeks a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will help build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and mentorship.

You will collect data on goals during sessions, collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement plans, and support families with strategies and progress updates, with flexible, part-time afternoon/evening hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities
