Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- seeks a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism, building communication and social skills under supervision.

You will collect data on progress, implement behavior plans with a BCBA, and support families with strategies during after-school hours and weekends.

This part-time role offers flexible afternoons/evenings and opportunities for hands-on training in a caring, supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in ABA or related field preferred.
• Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during sessions.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
