Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You’ll help build communication, social, and independence skills under supervision.

Join a team providing hands-on mentorship, data-driven progress notes, and family coaching to reinforce strategies between sessions. Part-time roles with afternoon/evening shifts offer flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation to home-visit sites.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
