Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home for children with autism, focusing on communication, social, and independence skills while receiving mentorship.

You will collect data, work with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans, and support families with progress updates and strategies. Training provided, part-time hours with after-school and weekend availability preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus (not mandatory).
• Reliable transportation to travel to homes for in-home therapy.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
