Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You’ll help kids build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and mentorship.

You’ll collect data on treatment goals, collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans, and support families with practical strategies and progress updates. Part-time, with flexible afternoons and evenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
