Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to work with children with autism in home settings. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy and help build communication, social, and independence skills.

You will receive hands-on training and mentorship from a supervising BCBA, with flexible afternoon/evening shifts and opportunities for weekend hours. This role offers competitive pay and benefits where eligible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation to visit client homes.
• Experience with autism and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings.
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Share progress updates and strategies with families.
