Links ABA Therapy, LLC is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with autism in home settings, helping develop communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on mentoring.

You will work under supervision from experienced BCBAs, collect data on goals, and support families with strategies and progress updates. Part-time, afternoons/evenings with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Experience and passion for helping children and families.
• Ability to implement ABA strategies under supervision.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Share progress updates and strategies with families.
