Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home for children with autism. You will help kids build communication, social, and independence skills with hands-on training while receiving mentorship from an experienced BCBA.

As a part-time role with afternoons/evenings, you must have a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and a willingness to work after-school hours and weekends.

Qualifications

• Data collection during sessions to track treatment goals.
• Effective communication with children, families, and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
