Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- seeks a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings, helping them build communication, social, and independence skills under experienced supervision.

Part-time shifts with afternoons/evenings, flexible scheduling, hands-on training, and mentorship from BCBAs are provided. You’ll also support families by sharing practical strategies and progress updates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Experience or passion for helping children and families preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
