Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store and deliver an amazing shopping experience. You will be the face of our brand, passionate about products, and dedicated to building loyalty with every guest.

You'll engage customers with the AE Selling Model, educate them on product details, and promote the loyalty program while working across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• At least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AE Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make fitting recommendations.
• Introduce the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Move flexibly between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while adhering to store policies.
• Be a team player and support coworkers to get the job done.
