Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store, delivering an amazing shopping experience and embodying our REAL values.

You’ll engage guests with the AEO Selling Model, educate on AE & Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room, and stockroom while solving guest concerns with integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused retail role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find exactly what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make tailored recommendations.
• Introduce and explain the AE loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Navigate multiple store zones (Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, Stockroom) as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player committed to getting the job done with integrity.
