Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store and deliver an amazing guest experience.

You will be the face of our company, embodying our values and sharing the brand love with every guest. You'll work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, engaging customers with the AEO Selling Model and educating them on AE & Aerie products, while supporting our loyalty program.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or guest-facing roles preferred.
• Able to handle fast-paced environment and multiple tasks.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and offer thoughtful recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Collaborate with team to support store goals and #gettingthejobdone.
