Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store, delivering an amazing shopping experience and representing our values every day.

You will engage guests with the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE & Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom to meet guest needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Energetic, people-focused and able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage every guest and help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items that fit their needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns with integrity and according to policy.
• Work as part of the team to get the job done.
