Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store and deliver an outstanding shopping experience.

You will be the face of the company, passionate about the products, and help build brand loyalty with every guest. Responsibilities include engaging guests with the AEO Selling Model, educating on AE & Aerie products, promoting the loyalty program, and flexing across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom while solving issues

Qualifications

• Customer-focused, able to engage with guests in a fast-paced store environment.
• Energetic team player who can work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for AE & Aerie products and brand loyalty.
• Meet age requirement of 18+.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a friends-first approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest fits.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with teammates to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
