Job summary

Lucid Motors in Santa Clara, CA is hiring a Part-Time Brand Ambassador to create memorable first impressions and deliver a premium guest experience at our Lucid Studio. You will engage visitors, qualify leads, and guide them through the brand journey while representing our luxury EV lineup.

The role requires flexible availability including evenings and weekends, with 20–25 hours per week. Prior CRM experience is preferred and legal eligibility to work in the USA is required.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including extended holiday mall hours, weekends.
• 18 years old minimum.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Salesforce CRM experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the USA (visa sponsorship not available).

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, answer general inquiries, and schedule test drives
• Capture high quality customer leads and interactions in CRM (Salesforce)
• Conduct customer needs assessments (budget, preferences, timing)
• Recommend suitable vehicles based on customer needs
• Refer high potential leads to Sales Specialists
• Ensure guests are directed to the appropriate next step in their journey
• Build deep knowledge of the Lucid brand, vehicles, and services
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, and pricing to stimulate consideration
• Provide backend operational support (order paperwork, order/vehicle status clarity)
• Support studio operations, including opening/closing checklists
• Ensure test drive and showcase vehicles are clean, charged, and ready
• Assist with facility needs (refreshments, maintenance requests)
• Support day to day studio operations as needed
