Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Langhorne, PA. You will be the face of the brand, delivering a memorable shopping experience, building brand loyalty, and representing AE values with your authentic self.

You will engage guests using the AE Selling Model, educate them on AE & Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays across store areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or guest service is preferred.
• Ability to engage guests using the brand Selling Model and educate on products.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to help them find products using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests about AE & Aerie products and suggest suitable items.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support store colleagues.
