Job summary

You are the face of our company, love the products, and build brand loyalty with every guest while embodying our values. You will use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests, educate them on product details, and promote the loyalty program.

Qualifications

• People-friendly and able to engage guests
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic, able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
• Previous retail experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make tailored recommendations
• Promote the AE loyalty program and brand channels
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy
• Support team efforts to achieve store goals
