Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Langhorne, PA is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life for every guest. You’ll provide an amazing shopping experience and proudly embody our values with your authentic self.

You’ll engage customers using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE & Aerie products, and introduce loyalty programs. You’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while resolving guest concerns with integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail is preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and loyalty programs.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns with integrity and in line with policy.
