American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part‑time Brand Ambassador for our Wilkes-Barre, PA store. You’ll bring the AE experience to life daily, greet guests, and help them find products they love while embodying our values. Expect a fast-paced environment, a friendly team, and opportunities to grow within the brand.

You’ll promote AE & Aerie products, explain the loyalty program, and provide great service that makes shoppers feel valued and supported throughout their visit.

Qualifications

• Able to engage guests with a friendly, helpful demeanor.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork.
• Enthusiasm for AE & Aerie products and brand storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they want with a friends-first approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and provide tailored recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to shoppers.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support the team to get the job done.
• Maintain integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
