Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador who brings the brand to life in-store. You will deliver an amazing shopping experience, be the face of our company, and proudly represent AE and Aerie to every guest.

You’ll engage guests with the AEO Selling Model, educate them on product details, suggest fits, and introduce the loyalty program. You’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom to keep the store running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Love AE and Aerie products.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests on product details and make suggestions to fit their needs with a friendly, expert approach.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed to support store operations.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy and standards.
• Be a team player and support teammates to get the job done with integrity.
