Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Camp Hill, PA is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador who brings the brand to life daily. You’ll greet guests, learn AE selling model, educate on product details, and promote the loyalty program to build lasting relationships.

You’ll work across the sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed, stay energized in a fast-paced environment, and uphold company policies while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Guest-focused service mindset with the ability to engage customers.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make fitting recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to policy.
• Be a team player and support colleagues to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
