American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life and deliver an amazing in-store experience. You will be the face of our company and help guests find exactly what they need while sharing our values.

You love AE & Aerie products, engage customers with energy, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom. Prior retail experience is a plus, and you're available evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years old.
• Experience in retail preferred.
• Energetic and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest items.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support the team.
• Maintain integrity and adhere to policies and procedures.
