American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a Part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store and deliver an amazing shopping experience. You are the face of our company, passionate about AE & Aerie products, and dedicated to building brand loyalty with every guest.

You will flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, engaging customers, sharing product details, and promoting the loyalty program while upholding store policies and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to assist in finding products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items fitting needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to customers.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Team player who supports coworkers and gets the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to understand needs and guide product selections.
• Demonstrate product features and answer questions to close sales.
• Promote loyalty program and store-branded channels to customers.
• Assist across sales floor, cash wrap, fitting rooms and stockroom.
• Resolve issues promptly while adhering to store policies.
