Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store, delivering an amazing shopping experience and building brand loyalty with every guest.

You’ll be the face of the brand, passionate about AE and Aerie products, and you’ll represent our values with your REAL self each day. You’ll engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on products, and introduce the loyalty program.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy interacting with people and delivering great service.
• Energetic with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Passionate about AE and Aerie products.
• Retail experience preferred.
• 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they’re looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items that fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with team to get the job done.
• Uphold company policies and procedures with integrity.
