Job summary

Aerie is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in Castle Rock. You’ll provide every guest with an amazing shopping experience, love AE & Aerie products, and proudly represent the brand with integrity.

You’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, educate guests on products, introduce the loyalty program, and help build brand loyalty with a friendly, 'friends first' approach. Availability evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Interact with guests to provide an exceptional shopping experience.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends & holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the store-selling approach and a friendly, proactive mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make fitting recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support store teammates to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO's policies and procedures.
