Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. in Castle Rock, CO is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life for every guest.

You will provide an amazing shopping experience, educate customers on AE & Aerie products, and promote loyalty programs with energy and integrity. You’ll flex across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, solving guest needs while upholding policy and company values.

Qualifications

• Beneficial to have strong people skills and customer focus.
• Ability to learn AE & Aerie product details quickly.
• Willingness to educate guests about loyalty programs.
• Comfort working across multiple store zones (Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, Stockroom).
• Proactive in resolving guest concerns while following policy.
• Demonstrated teamwork and reliability in fast-paced retail.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to complete tasks.
• Adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
