Job summary

Aerie is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador at Ocean City, MD to bring our brand to life in-store and provide shoppers with an outstanding experience. You will represent AE/Aerie, educate guests on products, and promote the loyalty program with a friendly, energetic attitude.

You’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while upholding policies and delivering great service to every guest.

Qualifications

• Love interacting with people
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
• Passionate about AE and Aerie products
• Retail experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Engage customers using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on product details and make recommendations.
• Promote the AE/Aerie loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policies.
• Collaborate with teammates to get the job done
