Job summary

Aerie is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store and provide every guest with an exceptional shopping experience. You are the face of our company and will build brand loyalty by showcasing AE & Aerie products with energy and positivity.

You will rotate across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom, using the AEO Selling Model to help guests. The role requires 16+ and a passion for our brands.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• Available evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience preferred.
• You're at least 16 years old.
• Passionate about AE & Aerie products.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the in-store selling model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make tailored recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with your team to get the job done.
• Uphold brand integrity and store policies.
