Job summary

Aerie seeks a part-time Brand Ambassador to create an amazing in-store shopping experience and be the face of our brand. You will embody our values, share brand love, and engage guests with AE & Aerie products while promoting loyalty programs.

You will flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, delivering friendly service and problem-solving to ensure every guest leaves satisfied.

Qualifications

• Love interacting with people.
• Experience in retail is a plus.
• Able to handle fast-paced environments and multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make fitting recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to customers.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly while following company policy.
• Support the team and contribute to achieving store goals.
• Represent the brand with integrity and adhere to policies.
