Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Castle Rock, CO is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to create an amazing shopping experience. You’ll engage guests with the AEO Selling Model, educate on AE & Aerie products, and drive loyalty through our brand channels.

You’ll work across salesfloor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom, solving guest issues with integrity and teamwork, while bringing your REAL self to work each day.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and keeping energy high in a fast-paced store.
• You are excited to educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make smart product suggestions.
• You will promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• You can flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• You resolve guest concerns with integrity and respect for store policies.
• You work well with the team to get the job done.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model and a friendly, 'friends first' approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to customers.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to store policies.
